- We clean both roof and ground mounted solar pv arrays utilising our purified water-fed poles.
- We use a specialist soft brush, specifically designed to clean solar panels.
- Depending on the location of the pv array, we use access equipment such as tower scaffolds omitting working from ladders.
- It is recommended that residential solar arrays are cleaned on an annual or even a bi-annual basis depending on external factors.
- Other PV systems may require a more frequent cleaning schedule.
Bird Proofing for Solar Panels

Working in partnership with a locally based company, DT Electrical & Construction, who offer a bird proofing system to protect your solar panels.
What is the system they install?
- A premium mesh guard system that has been designed to specifically keep all birds from getting under solar arrays, protecting the roof, wiring, and equipment from damage.
- The premium system used is galvanized, then PVC coated in a discreet black colour
- The premium system is a non-drill installation. This eliminates the need to pierce or damage solar panels, keeping your warranty in tact.
- Non-harmful to birds
Discounts available for solar panel cleaning along with bird proofing installations.
Conservatory & Orangery Cleaning
- We carry out a thorough interior & exterior clean (we can also do a partial clean if requested).
- As we use a water fed pole system, this means we can reach hard to clean windows (exterior) without the need to climb onto fragile roofs.
- To remove built up dirt & grime, we use eco-friendly cleaning products.
- It is recommended that a 6 or 9 monthly clean is best to keep dirt & algae at bay which furthers the life and quality of your conservatory.
Cladding Clean
Cladding can come in various shapes & sizes and can be a prominent feature on the front of houses. Therefore, giving it a thorough clean can give your house a fresh, bright & new look.
- Again, using our water fed pole system, we are able to effectively clean cladding to bring it back to looking as good as new.
- For tougher dirt & grime, we use eco-friendly cleaning products

Soffit, Fascias & Exterior Gutter Cleaning
Having bright & clean soffit, fascia & external gutters, can really make a difference to the external appearance of your home.
- As with our window cleaning, we clean from the ground, using our water fed pole systems.
- We use eco-friendly cleaning products to get rid of built up grime & dirt
- Recommended frequency of clean is usually every 2-3 years (dependant on preference & location)
- Currently, we do not offer an internal gutter clear/clean, exterior clean only
